Hi friends, 

I'm leading a session on Culturally Responsive Teaching on the teacher workday and Monday, and I want to make sure the session represents YOUR needs and experiences. At the end of the survey, you will have the opportunity to choose whether you're okay with your responses being shared with Wake STEM teachers and staff, if you're okay with sharing but only anonymously, or if you'd rather your responses only inform the content of the session and not be shared with any other teachers. 

Each question is entirely optional. I appreciate you, your life experiences, and anything you choose to share with me. 🤗

 

Update: This google form version went out to Wake STEM students at the start of lunch today. You only have to fill out the form once! No need to do both. Apologies for any confusion!!!
